At Saarya, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Returns are only possible if there is a fault on our end — such as a manufacturing defect, wrong item sent, or damaged goods.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received — original packaging, all tags attached.
  3. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  4. No exchange on sale items.
  5. Customized items are non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Email us at customercare@saaryaonline.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval.
  3. If approved, we will dispatch the replacement item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back.
  • We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
