Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- No refund & exchange on sale items
Process for Exchanges:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customercare@saaryaonline.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your exchange.
- If approved, we will send out the new item to you. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be offered a store credit or refund.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item back for an exchange.
- We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
