Exchange Policy


Eligibility for Exchanges:

1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  3. No refund & exchange on sale items


Process for Exchanges:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customercare@saaryaonline.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your exchange.
  3. If approved, we will send out the new item to you. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be offered a store credit or refund.


Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item back for an exchange.

- We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.


Non-Returnable Items

- Customized  items.
